Pay half to book and the rest on the day. Everything else you need to know is below.
Deposit and Payment
Pay half to secure your date and the rest on the day. We take cards, PayPal Pay in 3, Clearpay and Klarna.
Hire Times
We deliver and set up from 8am and collect by 9pm. Outdoor hires are collected before sunset.
Overnight Hire
Keep it overnight for an extra charge, shown when you book. We collect the next morning between 9am and midday.
Space
The castle’s size plus 1ft clear on every side. Each castle page shows the exact space needed.
Indoors
The ceiling needs to be at least 1ft higher than the castle. Each castle page shows its height.
Power
A standard 3-pin socket within 100ft. We bring the cable. We don’t supply generators.
Ground
Flat, level ground, clear of anything sharp.
Supervision
An adult must supervise at all times. We don’t provide supervision staff.
Safety Rules
No shoes, sharp objects, face paint, confetti or party poppers, and no flips or rough play.
Included
Set-up, collection, safety mats and the blower. Delivery is free in Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis; elsewhere it's worked out when you book.
Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule, call us on 07773 883889 as soon as possible.
