Our bouncy castles are designed for various age groups, ensuring fun and safety for all. Most of our bouncy castles are suitable for children aged 3 and over. For younger children or mixed-age groups, let us know the ages of the children attending your event, and we’ll recommend the most suitable bouncy castle hire options for your needs.
Safety is our top priority when it comes to bouncy castle hire. In the event of bad weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking to ensure everyone’s safety. If the weather forecast is uncertain, we’ll stay in close contact and make a decision in advance. Should we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your hire for another date.
To ensure safe setup and operation, you’ll need at least 1 metre (approximately 3ft) of clear space around all sides of the bouncy castle. This allows room for the inflatable blower and ensures children can play safely. Our team will provide detailed space requirements for your chosen bouncy castle hire when you book.
While we provide clear safety instructions with every bouncy castle hire, we do not provide staff for supervision. We strongly recommend having an adult present to monitor children while they’re on the bouncy castle to ensure safety at all times. This helps maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

However, we do accept last-minute bookings, subject to availability. If you need to cancel your bouncy castle hire, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund, while cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may result in the loss of your deposit.
For your bouncy castle hire, we’ll need access to a power source (a standard 3-pin socket) to operate the inflatable blower. Additionally, we require a flat, level area for the bouncy castle setup to ensure safe use. If you're hosting your event in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or surrounding areas, our team will guide you through the setup process to ensure everything is ready.
Yes! We provide full safety guidelines for both adults and children to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience during your bouncy castle hire. Some key safety rules include:

No face paint, as it can stain the inflatable
No confetti or party poppers, as these can cause staining
