How do I book?
Book online: choose your date, castle and extras, and pay half to secure the date. Or call us on 07773 883889.
What’s included in the price?
Set-up, collection, safety mats and the blower, with £5 million Public Liability Insurance. Delivery is free in Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis; elsewhere it's worked out when you book.
Do you deliver to my area?
We cover much of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Check Your Postcode on our homepage, or call us if you’re not listed.
How long is the hire?
We deliver from 8am and collect by 9pm, before sunset for outdoor hires. Overnight hire is available for an extra charge, shown when you book, with collection the next morning between 9am and midday.
What age are the castles for?
Our castles suit a wide range of ages, and the Adult Colourful and Blue Turret Adult castles suit adults too. Tell us the ages and we’ll recommend one.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor bookings, you get a full refund if bad weather is forecast, as long as you cancel by the night before your booking date. We’ll keep in touch if the forecast looks uncertain.
How much space do I need?
The castle’s size plus 1ft clear on every side, on flat, level ground. Each castle page shows the exact space needed.
Can I have a castle indoors?
Yes, if the room is big enough and the ceiling is at least 1ft higher than the castle. Tell us it’s indoors when you book.
Do you supervise the castle?
No. An adult must supervise at all times. We’ll run through the safety rules when we set up.
What do I need to provide?
A standard 3-pin socket within 100ft and a flat, level area. We bring the cable.
How much notice do I need to give?
Book as early as you can, especially for weekends and school holidays. We take last-minute bookings when we’re free.
Are your castles safe and insured?
Yes. Every castle is PIPA tested, we’re BIHA accredited, and we have £5 million Public Liability Insurance.
How do I pay?
Pay half online to secure your date, and the rest on the day. We take cards, PayPal Pay in 3, Clearpay and Klarna.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call us on 07773 883889 as soon as possible. More than 7 days before: full refund or reschedule. 3 to 7 days before: reschedule within 6 months. Less than 3 days before: no refund or reschedule. Bad weather (outdoor bookings): full refund if you cancel by the night before. Full Cancellation Policy.
What are the safety rules?
No shoes, sharp objects, face paint, confetti or party poppers, and no flips or rough play. An adult must supervise at all times.
