A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the Inflatable equipment at all times when in use.
Inflatable equipment will be fully secured to the ground at all times during use as per the manufacturers’ recommendations.
Always ensure Children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
No person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or prescribed and/or non-prescribed drugs and/or any other intoxicating substance will use or supervise the Equipment.
Do not allow Children & Adults on the Inflatable Equipment at the same time.
Do not allow children around the back of the Inflatable Equipment unsupervised.
Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems or any medical condition which could reasonably be aggravated by using the Equipment is allowed on the Inflatable.
Please ensure that participants are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately with nothing in their pockets
No food, drinks, gum, sweets or slime allowed on or near the inflatable Bouncy Castle to avoid choking and damage. (Note: If the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition or damaged, the person hiring it will incur a cleaning and/or repair charge.)
All footwear, glasses, jewellery, and badges MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle.
No face paints, party poppers, streamers, silly string, or ink-based products to be used on or near the Bouncy Castle (as these can stain the bouncy castle).
No smoking or cooking equipment near the Bouncy Castle.
Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and not allowed.
If the Bouncy Castle is not being used, switch the blower off at the mains.
Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off.
Do not allow anyone on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
No pets, toys, or sharp instruments allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle.
In the event of heavy rain, switch off the Bouncy Castle. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal), can be dried with a towel.
If the blower stops working, ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Unplug, and re-plug the bouncy castle from the mains, also check the fuses and ensure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or is obstructed. If it overheats or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on after 1 or 2 minutes. If it does not restart, inform us straight away.
